Dalip brings 37 years of invaluable experience in the industry, primarily in Accounting, Finance and Human Resource at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, where he served as Chief Manager until his retirement in 2019. He has effectively collaborated with senior corporate officers, ensuring the smooth operation of multiple departments. Dalip’s strengths in team and time management have been key to his success, as he consistently provides strong support to both management and staff.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Dalip is an active member of the National Integrated Forum of Artists and Activists (NIFAA). He has successfully conducted over 30,000 blood donation camps, organized eye care initiatives, and distributed equipment to the handicapped, underscoring his commitment to social responsibility.
